The spacious 392m2 villa includes an airy open plan living area and is perfect for larger parties. The comfortable living room has a large corner sofa, Smart TV and a wood fire. The well equipped kitchen includes high quality appliances and a large dining table for 10 people. There are five bedrooms in the villa in total. Two are double bedrooms with en-suite showers and the third bedroom has a double bed, a single bed and an en-suite shower. The fourth bedroom has a double bed and a sleeping loft with two single beds, while the fifth bedroom has a double bed and a sleeping loft with one single bed. There is also a utility room, bathroom with shower, convenient electric sauna and a second infrared sauna.

The extensive sun terrace has a handy gas barbecue, a large table for al fresco dining, sun loungers and sun shades for whiling away lazy summer days. The sun terrace also includes a high quality hot tub where you can relax while gazing at the amazing lake views. There is a second lakeside terrace by the sandy beach also with a gas barbecue, dining table, sun loungers, sun shades and a second hot tub.
