Utility area with washing machine, dressing room, a sauna with wood-heated stove and a bathroom with shower. Air source heat pump with a cooling function for hot summer days.
Large terrace with outdoor furniture. The grounds are ideal for garden games and the lakeshore is suitable for swimming with young children. Private pier and rowing boat, plus a barbecue and campfire spot so you can cook sausages or fry pancakes by the shore. A basic fishing rod, a rod with reel, and a fishing cage are also provided. The property includes a separate building comprising a garage, storeroom, wood store, outdoor WC and a sleeping barn with a sofa bed for two (summer use only).
